Enquiry privacy notice
When you request the Golf Village La Sella brochure or property information, we collect the contact details and message you submit. We use these to provide the brochure, respond to your enquiry and discuss availability or viewings.
Our private enquiry system records your form source, campaign, advertising click identifiers and campaign tags when supplied, submission time, follow-up notes and brochure download requests. A personalised brochure link lets us associate a download with your enquiry. Shared links record campaign activity without identifying the individual contact.
Campaign details are temporarily retained in your browser tab for up to 30 minutes so an enquiry can be linked to the advert after you navigate between pages. They are saved with your enquiry when you submit the form.
A first-party cookie called gv_download lasts for up to 30 days after a brochure download. It helps avoid counting repeated downloads from the same browser. It contains a random identifier, not your name or email. You can remove it through your browser settings.
Records are stored using our website hosting provider, OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare infrastructure. Enquiry notifications are sent to our property team through FormSubmit. When automatic brochure email is connected, our transactional email provider processes your email address and brochure link to send the requested message. If you use a Meta lead form, Meta also processes the information under its own privacy terms.
Follow-up marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe, we keep the minimum suppression record needed to ensure that address is not included in future marketing emails.
Your enquiry details are accessible only to authorised members of the property team. We keep them while handling your enquiry and follow-up. To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or stop further contact, email james@golfvillagelasella.com.
On our Explore landing page, optional Meta advertising cookies are used only after you accept them. The Meta Pixel shares page visits and successful enquiry events with Meta to measure Facebook and Instagram advertising. Meta may associate these events with your account and browser identifiers, including advertising click identifiers. We do not include your name, email, telephone number or property-question answers in these Pixel events. Declining does not prevent you requesting details. You can change your choice using Cookie settings on the Explore page. Your choice is saved in this browser; Meta cookies can also be removed through your browser settings. See Meta’s privacy policy.
This form does not subscribe you to a general newsletter.
